Returned call immediately. Recording states number "disconnected or out of service" SPOOF number?

recieved call at 8:23am. according to this board, its malicious. these people have nothing better to do?

Wanted to speak with the owner. When told she was not available they would not leave a message and hung up.

It seems I've received at least 2 calls from this number every week. Once time, I called back and get the message that the number does not receive incoming calls. Whoever it is, please stop ...I am on the DO NOT CALL list..

Called constantly and would not leave a message. I finally picked up the phone and they asked for a Gary Yarborough. They called so often until I had my number changed. The same evening the new number kicked in at 9:34 pm they called this new number, this time using a recording asking me to punch 4 if this was not Gary's number. As soon as I punched the number I knew I had messed up. I don't know what they b5b4bwill use the number for but I will be reporting this to the phone company in the morning.

3 or 4 times a day this number calls.they never leave a message,so it cant be to important.sick of it.how can i get them to stop calling?
